▪ Assisting developers and other purchasers in due diligence responsibilities including governmental approval, zoning and land use matters, environmental issues and surveys
▪ Preparation, negotiation and consummation of commercial and residential leases for both landlords and tenants including office, multi-family, and retail space
▪ Formation of entities for the purpose of holding title to land and improvements, including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships
▪ Providing advice and services in connection with commercials real estate issues, ranging from contract formation, landlord/tenant, lender/borrower, breach of contract, and dispossessory
▪ Document preparation relating to the development of real estate, including restrictive covenants, easement agreements, management agreements, leasing issues
▪ Assisting property owners with property management issues
▪ Dispossessories, foreclosures, condemnation proceedings
▪ Representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with all aspects of financing, from construction loans to permanent financing to re-financing, including document preparation, title work, and closing
▪ Preparation of documents for a Sect. 1031 tax deferred exchange
▪ Assisting property owners with Conservation Easements
